Jason Gonzalez

I’m a digital marketing professional with a strong focus on hospitality, content creation, and brand storytelling. I specialize in turning real-world experiences into engaging digital content that drives awareness, engagement, and guest connection.

I began my career in marketing shortly after graduating from the University of Central Florida, gaining early experience through a Chamber of Commerce internship where I worked on email marketing, website content, and local business promotion. That foundation led me into the hospitality space, where I found a passion for creating content that brings destinations and guest experiences to life.

Most recently, I worked with Rosen Hotels & Resorts, managing the digital presence for multiple hotel properties across social media and OTA platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Expedia, Booking.com, and TripAdvisor. In this role, I developed and executed content strategies, produced photo and video assets, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to support campaigns and on-property activations.

My work has contributed to measurable growth across multiple channels, including a 38.5% increase in Instagram engagement and over 50% growth in Facebook engagement for select properties. I’ve also been involved in experiential campaigns and local partnerships that strengthened brand visibility and enhanced the overall guest experience.

What sets me apart is my ability to combine creativity with performance. I don’t just create content and I focus on how it impacts the full guest journey, from discovery to booking to post-stay experience. With hands-on experience in OTA platforms, analytics, and campaign execution, I’m continuously working to grow into a more strategic marketing role where I can drive both brand and revenue outcomes.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about content creation, fitness, and storytelling through video.
